Is a deposit required?

No but it guarantees availability. Once a deposit has  been paid, a reservation is booked and you are added to V&K’s calendar.

Do we offer delivery?

Yes, depends on location. Delivery starts at $50 and  goes up from there. Delivery includes delivery and pick up(round trip). Also, the  fee includes labor and gas.

How are the tables and chairs priced?

Pricing is per day.

When should I reserve equipment?

During busy season we recommend 3+  weeks in advance. We tend to sell out before the day of since we reserve  equipment.

Do we offer high boy tables and stools?

Not at the moment.

Do we offer luxury chiavari chairs?

Not at the moment.

Do we offer chair covers, tablecloths, utensils and plate chargers?

No.

What’s the biggest size of our tents?

10x20 at the moment.

Do our tents have side walls/panels?

No because it causes too much wind  inside the tent making it dangerous.

Do we load equipment into vehicles?

We recommend you bring someone  with you to help load and unload equipment because we do not always have the  availability or manpower to do so. However, sometimes we will do it as a  curiosity but do expect it because it’s not guaranteed.

Are we black owned?

Yes, we are and family owned.

Are we open year around?

Yes, we are.

Do we offer padded chairs?

No, we do not.

Do we setup tents?

Yes, the setup fee is included in the delivery fee.

Do we setup folding chairs and tables?

Typically no but we do offer that as  an additional service for an additional fee.

Are we open on Sundays?

Yes, we are open 7 days a week with the  exception of some holidays.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Deposits are not  refundable but can be used for a future reservation and doesn’t expire.
